Can you eliminate politic in the organization? why you say so?
Eliminate politic? Why not? But surely it will take such a long period to fully eliminate all the political games in the organization.
First, why do we say it can be eliminate?
Well, nothing is impossible!!! We believe the effort you give will determine the affect. Special attention to all leaders:you need to have the guts and enough determination to eliminate the political influence, if not, shame on you..... Ooops! what a harsh statement we made!! But yet, it IS the truth..think deeply....
Second, why is it hard to change? in our view, it is simply because the political games have become part of our culture. The political influence is everywhere and suprisingly, it has been accepted by our society!simple example, certain parents(or most of them we could say) will use their strong cultivating network in order to register their children to enter elit or prestigious school. What do you think the effect will be? It will set the mentality of the children to referit as an acceptable action and it will continuously practice by the next generation. Thus, it become a culture!culture produce mentality!! duhh..
Back to the culture and mentality again!hence, to change the culture you must dare to go against the flow and change the mentality! So,lu pikirla sendiri!!!!kuang..kuang..kuang..

hmmm I agree with your answer...politics can't be avoided...it depends on the person itself and the surrounding of that organization...the leaders also must think rationally not just for personal benefits...

eliminate politic??? why not?? eventough there is nothing impossible in this world, but in term of playing politics in an organization it is possible to be eleminate.All in all we are agree with your 2nd statement that is why we said that politics cannot be eliminate. lol..talking about mentality..eventhough we are brave enough to change the culture,but we are not brave enough to change the mentality.
Well ... Aristotle once said - human being is natural political animal.
So, no matter how you brave the world to eliminate the politics, I think it is beyond an uphill task and very much impossible.
Politics in a way is innate. Every human being has piece of this ...
Anyway, I value your opinions though ... may be the younger generation could makes "A world without politic" comes true.
overall we agree, but in term of mentality, we dont think so, b'coz once u have this kind of thinking and attitude is hard for us to change it, more worse when it b'come as our b'haviour or attitude. do u remember ms fisha have told us changeable and unchangeable. so this kind of mentality can b considered as unchangeable. if we want to abbolish this kind of things, we must start all over again, which we agree with ms fisha, may B our future generation can have " a world without politics" ...mayB..???
