If there are political problem where in the organization would you must expect to find them? Why you say so?
Recently, political problem always happened in the organization. We choose Human Resources Department as the example of the organization that faced the political problem in the organization.
Why we choose this department?
Mostly, this department deal with all the staff in the organization and also deal with the outsiders in term of many aspect which are recruitment, promotion, termination, allocation the resources and provide better condition and facilities during the organizational process.
Promotion is one of the situation that we choose that usually facing with the political problem in the organization. There are several type of political problem. Firstly, blaming and attacking others.This happened when one party has intention and take improper action to prohibit another party from getting the promotion. For example, create information that can demolish his or her career and lower reputation.
Second, cultivating network which means cultivating social relationship with others to accomplish one goals. In order to fulfill the interest need for his self middle manager use his good relationship with top management to achieve his target.There are willing to use any kind of way or method without concern another staff such as, the staff in the middle management position use "cable" to get the higher position in top management level.
All in all, we can see the political problem that arise in this department cannot be eliminated. It depends on the department to find the better solution in order to measure these problems.

overall we can c and understand your point even though its too simple and bored to read it.
we also agree with some of the comment given, yeah, when we talk about politics actually it happened in everywhere, and evryone who want to achieved their target in such easiest way.
and for your conclusion, we want to add something, basically this political games or tactics its really2 hard to change and may b possible to change b'coz it is human nature, even though the person is good he/she might you use this tactic either he realized or not.

You don't have to name specific department where the political problem mostly like to occur ... the discussion may focus in term of which level of organization such as lower, middle or upper management ...
Be more critical and analytical.

actually we agree with your opinion. we also think that in human resource department will have political problem because in HR department, sometimes people will fighting each other to make sure that they get what they want.
for example, in promotion, some of the people have mala fide towards their opposite. so, they will give bad intention in order to get the position.
