GROUP VS. THE INDIVIDUAL
Decision making groups may be widely use in organizations, individual and group decisions each have their own set of strength. Neither is ideal for all situations.
In group, we can find information, knowledge, increase create any idea or creativity in a group with more completely. That automatically can interact and interdependent together to achieve goal.
Besides that, a group will increased acceptance of a solution. People are more likely to accept and encourage other to accept the decision when they participate in the decision itself. This translates into more support for the decision and higher satisfaction among these required to implement it.
Then, group decision can increase diversity of view. In this scope, that increased in input from group members to the decision making. This will open up the opportunity for more approaches and alternatives to be considered.
(+) In our opinion, making decision in the group is much better than alone. when we are in the group, we will feel strong because have a back up in our back. In term of making decision, in group, we not afraid to making any decision because the members of our group automatically will support our idea or decision that has been make.
Furthermore, when we are in group, it will make us more confident to make any decision. That because, with group supporter we will able to take any risk because if the result it was bad, we had to take it together meanwhile making decision alone, we have to accept the burden or responsibility alone…
Lastly, each opinion in group must be discussed with other members to get higher quality decisions. The decision must be agreed by other. That important in avoid them to have ‘war and conflict’ with each other….

Yeah, we agree with your answer, but we want to add some point here.
(shared -risk)It is because, if somethings bad happen after they've made that decision, the risk basically will be shared together compared with those who works alone. The most easiest example of the situation. In boarding school, the student are not allowed to fly at night, but one day Ali feel like want to fly, but he affraid, so he will try to invite or influence his friends to joint him, so that, if anythings happens, they will face the risk together.
hurmm...but somehow, this kind of people we can assumes as an introvert persons. As they are not brave enough in voice out their own opinion or do whatever things that they wanted to do, b'coz actually by taking a group decisions making, it will brings a lot of problems, especially when the decision makes wrong or bad. the tendency of their own group members to blame him/her is high. seriously...

actually we agree with your answer, but we also want to add some point which is our opinion.
actually,in group, sometimes members will always dependent to their leader.so, it can make them just ignore what they want.
it is because they prefer to follow their group leaders. they also scared the group members will blame and boycott them because of they do not want to follow what the group will do.

but,sometimes individual is better than group.
it is because,in group,disputes might occur because of variant opinions from each members.
so it takes a long time interm of decision making.
